- If the issue remains unresolved, a neutral mediator will be engaged.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions
Okbajee38 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:
- A notification will be sent to your registered email or via SMS prior to any significant changes.
- Updated terms will take effect no earlier than 7 days after the date of change.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions come into effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you may request that your account be closed.
